Orders totaling over US$30 (not including any taxes, discounts or shipping costs) are delivered for free via our standard United States Postal Service (USPS) service.
About Our Deliveries
King of Shaves use USPS Priority Mail for our standard shipping service.
Shipping costs for orders under $30 are shown on the Checkout page once we know your Shipping Address.
You can upgrade to FedEx Next Business Day by 8pm delivery on the Checkout page for an additional charge. You must place your order by 11am CST Monday to Thursday to qualify. FedEx deliveries will require a signature on receipt so please ensure there is someone in at your Shipping Address to receive your order.
Occasionally, if a package eligible for free or standard delivery is too heavy or valuable to be sent via USPS, it will be sent by courier at no extra cost to you.
Once payment has been processed we aim to ship all standard orders within two (2) business days of receipt – though we strive to be quicker. Business days for us are Monday to Friday (not including US Public and National Holidays). Delivery times for orders placed at usa.shave.com are estimated as follows:
US Standard Mainland (USPS): Please allow 2–4 business days.
US Standard Overseas and Armed Forces (USPS): Please allow around 5–10 business days.
US Next Business Day by 8pm (FedEx): 1 business day.
If the courier cannot deliver your order, the driver should leave a card to notify you of the delivery attempt (though this may not happen if the delivery address is an apartment block, if the address is protected by an intercom entry system or if there is no obvious mail box). The card will contain details of the courier’s website and telephone number so you can re-arrange delivery. If after 5 business days from the first original due delivery date, the order has still not been delivered or collected then the goods will be returned to King of Shaves and you will need to contact us to re-arrange delivery and this may be subject to an additional charge.
Missing Delivery or Items
In the unlikely event that any items are missing from your order please contact us immediately. We’ll find out what happened to your order within three (3) business days and we’ll get them to you as soon as possible or give you the option of a full refund of the missing items.
Please get in touch with us immediately if your order does not arrive when it should (see above for typical timescales). We’ll find out what happened to your order and get it to your doorstep as soon as possible.
Important: We cannot replace missing orders that are received by someone else on your behalf nor can we replace orders where you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
